Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us at AM Salon and is reserved just for you. Your time is precious, so is ours. Let's help each other out and make the most of our cancellation policy. 

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary, but when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, then we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other clients waiting on a cancellation list to receive our services. 

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance allowing time to make changes if needed. 

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

No show appointments will be charged 50% of reserved service amount and will require a $50 deposit for future appointments on any color service. 

Late arrival (over 15 minutes) may need to be rescheduled and therefore will fall under our cancellation policy.
